As part of our expansion in India, we are launching our new branch in Kochi and looking for a dynamic, commercially driven, and people-focused Branch Head to lead this exciting journey.

About the RolePFEC Global is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and people-focused leader to establish and grow its recent Kochi branch. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry expertise, sales leadership, and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive business growth, build a high-performing team, and establish a strong market presence in Kerala.

Key Responsibilities1. Branch Operations & Compliance

- Lead the successful setup and launch of the Kochi branch, ensuring operational readiness from day one.
- Oversee daily branch operations, administration, resource planning, and service quality.
- Ensure counselling and application processes meet destination-specific requirements, institutional guidelines, and applicable compliance standards.
- Maintain high standards of professional ethics, documentation accuracy, student service, and operational discipline.
- Establish efficient systems, processes, and performance reporting practices.

People Leadership & Team Development

- Build, coach, mentor, and develop a competent, motivated, and high-performing team.
- Promote PFEC Global’s people-first leadership culture built on trust, ownership, teamwork, accountability, and mutual respect.

3. Business Growth & Sales Leadership:

- Take complete ownership of branch sales performance, revenue growth, and business targets.

4. Market Development & Institutional Networking:

- Establish and expand strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, coaching centres, and other relevant institutions throughout Kerala.
- Also, collaborate with the global marketing team to strengthen brand visibility and generate quality student leads.

 Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the overseas education consultancy industry, with substantial expertise in the Australian education market.
- Strong understanding of other major study destinations, including New Zealand, the UK, Canada, the USA, and European countries.
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Destination Manager, or in a comparable business leadership role will be highly preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university.

Employment Type:

- Full-time and 100% onsite.

Salary:

- Negotiable based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, and relevant experience.
