Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Brand Partnerships & Growth Intern role based in Noida. The intern will support the identification and outreach of potential brand partners, assist in pitching collaboration ideas, and help manage ongoing relationships with creators and brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching market trends, preparing partnership proposals, coordinating with internal teams for campaign execution, and tracking performance metrics.





The role also involves supporting community-building efforts through events, meetups, and creator initiatives, as well as maintaining organized records of leads, partnerships, and campaign outcomes. The intern will work closely with the growth and marketing teams to contribute to strategies that expand Biggbell’s ecosystem and strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Brand Strategy and Brand Management to support partnership planning and campaign execution.
- Effective Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication for outreach, presentations, and relationship management.
- Understanding of Branding concepts and practices to help position Biggbell and partner brands consistently across channels.
- Basic Sales skills, including lead generation support, pitching collaboration ideas, and assisting in closing partnership opportunities.
- Interest in the creator economy, influencer marketing, and digital communities.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort with social media and digital platforms.
