· University degree (Master’s or Post Graduate Diploma) in Communications/Journalism/Public Policy

· 5 years of professional experience in communication, international conferences or stakeholder consultations

· 3 years of professional experience with Indian industrial energy sectors, regulatory frameworks, and national initiatives.

· 2 years of professional experience in managing Partnership/outreach management

· 1 year of skilled experience outside of India

· 3 years of experience in development cooperation projects and 2 years of experience in preparing programme proceedings
