Event Manager - Mood Labs
Location: Mumbai
Mood Labs brings people together through interactive social experiences, including game nights and escape room dinners. We’re looking for an Event Head to plan and run these events across Mumbai.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with venues, facilitators, and content creators.
- Negotiate positive deals and meet monthly event revenue targets.
- Manage scheduling, logistics, setup, and on-ground operations.
- Ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
Ideal Candidate
Organised, proactive, and confident in negotiation, with strong coordination skills.
2-3 years of experience in working with events/ restaurants/content creators.
2+ years experience running meta ads to fill events.
