Role Description The Performance Marketer at VAAHE will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and e-commerce platforms. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid advertising budgets, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to improve customer acquisition, conversion rates, and return on ad spend. The role involves collaborating with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with brand messaging, promotions, and product launches, as well as testing new audiences, creatives, and landing pages.





This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring close coordination with the broader marketing and operations team to drive growth and brand awareness.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in performance marketing, including paid search, paid social, and display advertising.
- Experience with analytics tools and platforms to track, interpret, and report campaign performance data.
- Ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, marketplace advertising, and conversion rate optimization.
- Proficiency in basic marketing tools such as ad managers, email marketing platforms, and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in FMCG, food and beverage, or D2C brands will be an advantage.
- Comfort working in office in Jaipur and managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
