Company Description Dr Latika Arya Skin & Aesthetic Clinic is a specialized dermatology and aesthetic practice located in South Delhi, offering advanced treatments for skin and hair concerns. The clinic provides services such as Botox, acne scar management, pigmentation correction, laser hair removal, and PRP and Regenera treatments for hair regrowth. It also offers fillers, HIFU, threads, PRP for anti-ageing, and a range of medifacials tailored to individual skin types and conditions.

The clinic focuses on evidence-based treatments, modern technology, and personalized care to help clients achieve healthy, radiant skin and improved confidence.

Role Description The Skin Counsellor will work full time on-site at the South Delhi clinic, providing guidance and support to clients throughout their skincare and aesthetic treatment journeys. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting initial consultations, explaining treatment options and procedures, clarifying pre- and post-treatment care, and answering client queries in a transparent and reassuring manner. The role involves coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the dermatologist or aesthetic specialists.

The Skin





Counsellor will also assist in recommending suitable treatments and medifacials based on client concerns, support treatment adherence, and help maintain a welcoming, professional environment in the clinic.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong client counselling and communication skills, with the ability to explain medical and aesthetic procedures in simple, understandable terms.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of dermatology and aesthetic treatments such as Botox, fillers, laser hair removal, acne scar and pigmentation treatments, hair regrowth therapies, and medifacials.
- Candidates should possess skills in patient coordination, including appointment scheduling, record keeping, and follow-up management.
- Candidates should possess customer service and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and the ability to build trust with diverse clients.
- Candidates should possess basic computer and documentation skills to manage digital records and use clinic management software.
- Relevant education in cosmetology, aesthetics, nursing, or life sciences is preferred; prior experience in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site full time in South Delhi, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to clinic protocols and hygiene standards.
