Job DescriptionSocial Rangers is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Marketing Executive to manage social media accounts, develop content strategies, coordinate with clients and ensure smooth execution of digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Develop content strategies, creative concepts and campaign ideas.
- Coordinate with clients through WhatsApp groups, emails and calls.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors.
- Review creatives, reels and captions before client submission.
- Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
- Write engaging captions, social media copies, hooks and video scripts.
- Plan content shoots, prepare moodboards and creative references.
- Identify and reach out to influencers for collaborations.
- Coordinate with the performance marketing team for advertising campaigns.




- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Track project timelines, content approvals and revisions.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good content writing and creative planning abilities.
- Strong client coordination and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Positive organisational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools is preferred.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field preferred.
- Freshers with relevant skills can apply.
- 0–2 years of experience preferred.
