Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with mandatory prior experience in the real estate industry to join our creative team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of real estate branding, premium visual communication, and marketing creatives for residential and commercial projects.

Candidates who have worked with real estate developers, channel partners, or agencies handling real estate clients will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design premium social media creatives for residential, commercial, and luxury real estate projects.
- Create high-converting creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital campaigns.
- Design project brochures, floor plans, flyers, banners, newspaper ads, hoardings, standees, site branding, and sales presentations.
- Develop project branding, including logos, visual guidelines, and launch campaign creatives.
- Create creatives for property launches, festive campaigns, promotional offers, events, and corporate branding.
- Maintain premium visual aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with content writers, performance marketers, video editors, sales teams, and project managers.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Take ownership of creative concepts, execution, and quality checks.




- Stay updated with real estate marketing trends and AI-powered design tools.

Required Skills

- Solid proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Figma and Canva.
- Excellent understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Mandatory experience designing marketing creatives for real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of print production, including brochures, hoardings, newspaper ads, and outdoor branding.
- Creativity, attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, including real estate marketing or branding.
- A strong portfolio showcasing real estate creatives, brochures, project branding, advertisements, and marketing collateral is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience working with real estate developers, channel partners, or real estate marketing agencies.
- Experience in premium residential and commercial real estate branding.
- Candidates residing in Thane or nearby locations.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
