Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X. This full-time, on-site role based in Rajendra Place involves developing engaging social media content, scheduling posts, monitoring performance metrics, and assisting in community management and audience engagement. The intern will collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to align social media messaging with brand strategy, growth initiatives,



and thought leadership content.

Responsibilities include basic graphic or video asset coordination, researching trends and competitor activities, and contributing ideas to improve reach and engagement. The role offers hands-on exposure to digital marketing in a business consulting environment, with opportunities to learn, experiment, and build a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

- Robust interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with the ability to understand platform-specific best practices.
- Ability to create clear, engaging Social Media Content and apply basic Marketing principles to support brand awareness and audience growth.
- Effective Communication skills, including written and verbal communication, with attention to detail and a professional tone.
- Basic familiarity with content planning tools, social media schedulers, and analytics dashboards (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics) is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design; exposure to tools like Canva or similar design platforms is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site at Rajendra Place.
