Role Description The Technology Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, and presenting Sunrise Tech Origin’s technology and digital marketing solutions in a clear, value-focused manner. The associate will manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate pricing and terms within guidelines, and follow up consistently to close deals.

Day-to-day activities include coordinating with technical and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and providing post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.



The role also involves staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new services to effectively position Sunrise Tech Origin in the local and regional market.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in consultative selling, lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with business clients.
- Ability to understand and explain technology solutions such as websites, applications, CRM, ERP, HRMS, SaaS, AI automation, and digital marketing services.
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation, with the ability to translate technical features into clear business perks.
- Experience using CRM tools, basic productivity software, and maintaining organized, accurate sales documentation.
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities and a focus on long-term client partnerships.
- Prior experience in technology or digital marketing sales is preferred; fresh candidates with robust aptitude for sales may also be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is beneficial.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Nagpur, with readiness to meet local clients and attend in-person meetings.
