I'm hiring a Video Editor at Fitastic Digital Media.

I don't need someone who knows every shortcut in Premiere. I need someone with taste.

The kind of person who:

- Knows when a cut is four frames too late• Leaves a pause in because it's doing the work• Picks music for the scene, not for the trend• Watches an ad twice to work out why it worked• Can tell me what's wrong with an edit, not just that something feels off

We make videos for software, healthcare and finance companies. Product explainers, founder and expert videos, customer stories, social cuts. The subjects can be dense. Your job is to make them explicit and human.

You'll work with me and the team at our office in Baner, Pune.
