ABOUT THE ROLE

DHOOP India Private Limited is seeking an experienced and responsible Worker Management Executive to join our operations team in Haldwani. We are looking for someone who can manage service professionals, coordinate daily activities, and ensure smooth service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruit and onboard service professionals.

Verify worker documents and maintain accurate records.

Coordinate worker availability and job assignments.

Monitor attendance, performance, and service quality.

Handle worker queries and operational issues.

Coordinate with internal teams to improve service delivery.

- Help expand DHOOP's network of service professionals.

REQUIREMENTS





Relevant experience in workforce management, field operations, recruitment, or worker coordination.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer proficiency and record-keeping skills.
