We are looking for an experienced, result-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can independently manage, execute and scale our digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on conversions and revenue growth.

This is a target-driven role requiring complete ownership of monthly marketing performance and measurable results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

- Independently manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Develop and execute performance-driven marketing strategies.
- Own monthly marketing, lead generation and conversion targets.
- Plan and optimise advertising budgets.
- Scale campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency and ROI.
- Coordinate with the in-house content and creative team.
- Monitor campaign performance, conversions, ROI and ROAS.
- Identify growth opportunities and continuously improve results.

REQUIREMENT

- 3–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results.




- Experience managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete advertising process.
