The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth management, particularly in PMS acquisition and AUM acquisition, with a proven track record of handling high-net-worth individuals (HNI). As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding a team of wealth management professionals, ensuring that they meet their performance targets while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team focused on wealth management and PMS acquisition, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire and manage assets under management (AUM) effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Oversee the P&L; management of the team, ensuring profitability and efficiency in operations.




- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting wealth management and provide insights to the team.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
