Role Description The Volunteer role at JF Consult is a full time remote position supporting recruitment and career services activities. On a day-to-day basis, the volunteer will assist with sourcing and screening candidate profiles, organizing job openings, and updating recruitment databases. The role includes helping to prepare and share job postings, responding to basic candidate inquiries, and supporting coordination of virtual interviews or information sessions.

The volunteer may also assist with NYSC-related support and documentation tasks, such as guiding individuals through application steps and compiling required information. This position is designed for individuals who want hands-on experience in recruitment, talent support, and administrative coordination while working fully online.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including managing digital files, tracking candidate information, and maintaining accurate records.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to write clear messages, respond to inquiries professionally,



and collaborate with team members remotely.
- Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes, such as candidate sourcing, initial screening, and interview coordination, or a willingness to learn.
- Comfort using common digital tools (email, spreadsheets, video conferencing platforms, and social media) to support remote work and job posting activities.
- Attention to detail and reliability in handling documentation, especially for NYSC-related support and official forms.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a full-time remote setup, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Interest in talent development, career guidance, or human resources; prior volunteer or internship experience in related fields is an advantage.
- Relevant academic background or ongoing studies in fields such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related disciplines is beneficial but not mandatory.
