Sanatan Media is a Jaipur-based 360-degree advertising and marketing agency, founded in 2002 and INS-accredited since 2014. We work across print, TV, radio, PR and digital, and we now run WhatsApp and retention marketing for established consumer and B2B brands.

About the role

We are hiring one intern to help us execute WhatsApp and retention campaigns for our clients. You will work alongside the founding team on live campaigns, from writing the message to reporting the result. Every campaign is reviewed before it goes live.

What you will do

- Set up, test and schedule WhatsApp campaigns on Business API platforms such as AiSensy and Interakt
- Write message templates in Hindi, Hinglish and English, and track their Meta approval
- Design WhatsApp creatives and scheme or festival banners in Canva
- Keep customer lists clean: remove duplicates, fix phone formats, and tag and segment contacts (retailers, bulk buyers, online customers)
- Help build and test automated journeys such as order confirmations, reorder reminders and win-back messages
- Test chatbot flows and route customer replies and complaints to the right person
- Log results after every campaign (delivered, read, replied, clicked, opt-outs, cost per message) and help prepare monthly client reports




- Spot what is working and suggest ideas for the next campaign

What we are looking for

- Final-year student, recent graduate or career-switcher (any stream)
- Solid written Hindi and English
- Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel: sorting, filtering and removing duplicates
- Basic Canva skills
- High attention to detail: a wrong link in a message sent to thousands is not a small mistake
- Respect for customer consent: you would rather skip a send than spam a customer
- Available for 3 to 6 months, 6 days a week, ideally starting immediately

Nice to have

- Experience with WhatsApp Business API platforms (AiSensy, Interakt, WATI or similar). We will train you if you have not used them.
- Interest in CRM and customer retention
