- Perform equity share and business valuations for private limited and unlisted companies.
- Prepare financial models, business projections, and cash flow forecasts.
- Conduct valuations using DCF, Comparable Company Multiples, NAV, and other relevant methods.
- Analyse financial statements, business performance, and industry trends.
- Prepare valuation reports, supporting workings, and documentation.
- Assist with valuation assignments for fundraising, share transfers, mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with clients to collect financial data and clarify business assumptions.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in valuation and financial modelling.
- Robust knowledge of valuation methodologies and financial statement analysis.
- Good command of MS Excel and financial modelling.
- Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Experience in a CA firm or valuation firm will be preferred.
