Role Description The Tour Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Srinagar. This role is responsible for planning and organizing tours for guests, including designing detailed itineraries, coordinating transportation and activities, and ensuring smooth execution of all tour elements.

The Tour

Executive will manage bookings, respond to guest inquiries, provide accurate information about destinations, and address any service issues during the tour. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with hotel staff and local vendors, maintaining tour schedules, guiding guests as needed, and ensuring a secure, enjoyable experience. The role also involves maintaining records,



preparing tour reports, and supporting the development of new tour packages that align with Stay Pattern’s standards.

Qualifications

- Ability to plan, organize, and manage tours, including tour planning, tour management, and creating structured itineraries.
- Experience in conducting or coordinating guided tours, with a focus on guest engagement and safety.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and external partners in a clear and professional manner.
- Knowledge of local destinations in Srinagar and Kashmir, including key attractions, culture, and travel logistics.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns calmly and effectively.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in scheduling and documentation.
- Comfort working on-site and occasionally in outdoor environments, with flexibility in working hours based on tour schedules.
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or tourism is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in tourism or hospitality is an advantage.
