About the Company

Epitome Synergy Private Limited provides integrated geoscience, geospatial and engineering solutions across infrastructure, mining, energy, water resources and other sectors throughout India.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate relevant government, PSU and private-sector tender opportunities.

Conduct detailed analysis of tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and commercial conditions.

Manage end-to-end tendering activities, including technical and financial bid preparation and submission.

Coordinate with internal technical teams for methodologies, compliance statements, cost estimates and supporting documentation.

Manage tender submissions through GeM, CPPP, e-procurement portals, state portals and other platforms.

Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, corrigenda and post-bid requirements.

Maintain tender tracking reports, submission schedules and bid outcome records.

Desired Qualifications & Experience





Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, Geophysics or a related discipline preferred.

Relevant experience in tendering, bid management or techno-commercial proposals.

Positive understanding of government procurement procedures and e-tendering platforms.

Strong analytical, documentation, coordination and communication skills.

Experience in engineering consultancy, infrastructure, geotechnical, geophysical or geospatial sectors will be an advantage.

- Ability to independently manage multiple tenders within deadlines.
