? About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT positions.
- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely closures of open positions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

✅ Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive candidate assessment, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a result-oriented approach.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
