Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience. This role includes leading and mentoring the store team, managing staff schedules, monitoring sales performance, and coordinating visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.

The Store

Manager will handle customer escalations, maintain store cleanliness and organization, monitor inventory levels, and ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation. Additionally, the role requires implementing retail loss prevention practices, tracking key performance indicators,



and driving initiatives that increase sales and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive in-store experience and repeat business.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers, guiding team members, and coordinating with cross-functional partners.
- Proficiency in Store Management, including staff supervision, shift planning, sales tracking, and merchandising execution.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention, with the ability to implement procedures that minimize shrinkage and maintain store security.
- Previous experience in retail or fashion store management, preferably in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.
- Ability to meet sales targets, analyze performance reports, and take data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on operational efficiency.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by retail operations.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and standard office applications.
