Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Spare Parts Manager role for an off-highway machines dealership, based in Bengaluru.

The Spare Parts

Manager will oversee daily spare parts operations, including ordering, stocking, and issuing parts for off-highway machines.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining accurate parts catalogs, and ensuring timely availability of parts for the service team and customers. The role involves managing parts pricing and margins, preparing regular stock and sales reports, and implementing best practices for inventory control and loss prevention.

Manager will also handle customer queries related to parts, support the dealership’s service department, and work closely with internal teams to maintain high customer satisfaction and efficient parts operations.

Qualifications

- Strong inventory management capabilities, including Inventory Control and Inventory Management skills.
- Experience managing Service Parts operations, with knowledge of spare parts processes for off-highway or heavy machinery.
- Ability to maintain high standards of Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction in a dealership or service environment.
- Relevant experience in automotive, off-highway machines, or heavy equipment parts management.
- Proficiency in using ERP or inventory management software and basic MS Office tools.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with service and sales teams.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience in parts or warehouse operations is an advantage.
