The Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can build audiences, drive organic growth and create engaging, high-performing content across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
- Identify trending topics across politics, culture, faith and current affairs.
- Drive organic growth, follower acquisition, reach and engagement.
- Create viral content strategies, experiments and collaborations.
- Track analytics, optimise performance and improve content formats.
- Build and engage regional-language communities.
- Convert social media engagement into app traffic and user acquisition.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience managing social media platforms.
- Proven track record of organic audience and follower growth.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reels and Shorts.
- Knowledge of Indian internet culture and regional audiences.
- Creative, analytical and data-driven approach.
- Experience in digital media, politics, journalism or consumer apps is an advantage.
