Role Description The Site Supervisor (Construction Industry) at Nexfore Consulting is a full time, on-site role based in Jamnagar. The role involves overseeing daily construction activities, coordinating site teams, and ensuring work is completed according to project plans, schedules, and quality standards.

The Site

Supervisor monitors construction safety practices, conducts regular site inspections, and enforces compliance with safety regulations and company policies. This position includes maintaining clear communication with contractors, client representatives, and internal stakeholders, resolving site issues promptly,



and preparing basic reports and documentation related to progress and safety.

Supervisor also supports the implementation of productivity and safety initiatives recommended by Nexfore Consulting.

Qualifications

- Strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision abilities to manage crews, coordinate activities, and oversee day-to-day operations.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with site teams, clients, and management, and to provide clear instructions and feedback.
- Experience in Inspection and monitoring of construction work to ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Knowledge of Construction Safety practices, regulations, and risk control measures, with the ability to promote a safe work setting.
- Prior experience in construction or industrial projects, preferably in a supervisory or safety-focused role.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, method statements, and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in basic reporting and documentation related to site activities and safety observations.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
