Role Description The Skin Therapist is responsible for delivering professional skin care treatments and consultations to clients in an on-site, full-time role based in Gurugram. Daily tasks include performing skin and hair removal procedures, recommending appropriate treatment plans, and maintaining detailed client records. The role involves educating clients on skin care routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to support long-term results.

The Skin

Therapist will collaborate with medical and aesthetic professionals, ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean and prepared, and adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols.



The position also includes supporting client service activities, such as managing appointments, addressing client inquiries, and promoting suitable services and products in a respectful, client-focused manner.

Qualifications

- Strong practical skills in Skin Care and Cosmetology, with experience in performing professional treatments.
- Proficiency in Hair Removal procedures and familiarity with relevant tools, devices, and safety standards.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities, including clear communication, empathy, and maintaining client confidentiality.
- Basic Sales skills to recommend appropriate services and products aligned with client needs and clinic standards.
- Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology, aesthetics, or skin therapy from a recognized institute.
- Knowledge of hygiene, sterilization, and infection control practices in clinical or spa environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a quick-paced clinical setting.
- Prior experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology center, or wellness facility is an advantage.
