Role Description The Site Supervisor role is a full-time, in office position located in Patna, responsible for overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring work is executed according to plans and specifications.

The Site

Supervisor coordinates labor, materials, and equipment, monitors progress against schedules, and reports site status to project management. This role includes enforcing safety protocols, maintaining site documentation, and liaising with contractors, vendors, and inspection authorities.

Qualifications

- Strong site supervision and coordination abilities, including overseeing daily activities and managing labor and materials effectively.
- Experience with construction workflows, basic project scheduling, and understanding of drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation related to work progress and resources.
- Problem-solving skills to address on-site issues and make practical decisions under time constraints.
- Prior experience in building or infrastructure projects, preferably in a supervisory or foreperson role.
