Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will oversee and execute civil works at project sites in Bhilai C.G. in a full-time, on-site capacity.

Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards, and coordinating with project managers, contractors and clients. The role involves reviewing drawings, monitoring quality and progress,



managing site resources and preparing daily and periodic reports.

The Site Civil

Engineer will also assist in planning, resolving technical issues on-site and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills for planning, analyzing, and implementing project structures and infrastructure.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers with strong site supervision, coordination, and execution capabilities.
- Planning skills to schedule activities, allocate resources, and manage timelines effectively.
- Stormwater Management knowledge for designing and overseeing drainage systems and related works.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with relevant Indian standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in office in Bhilai and adapt to field conditions and project demands.
