Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and technically sound Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service of CNC/VMC machines and related industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning, and servicing of CNC/VMC machines.
- Handle machine breakdowns and provide effective troubleshooting solutions.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Work on CNC controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi.
- Troubleshoot PLC, servo drives, motors, spindle, and control panel issues.
- Attend customer service calls and provide on-site technical support.
- Maintain service reports and documentation.




- Coordinate with internal technical teams for timely issue resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service support.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machine maintenance.
- Knowledge of PLC, servo drives, motors, and control systems.
- Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens CNC controllers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of relevant industrial service experience.
- Experience in CNC/VMC machine installation and maintenance.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
