Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Outbound Sales Executive with a strong background in the healthcare industry and proven experience selling into the United States market.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience identifying healthcare prospects, connecting with US-based doctors and healthcare organizations, generating qualified leads, conducting sales meetings, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential clients across the US healthcare market.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound channels.
- Build relationships with US-based doctors, physicians, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare organizations.
- Promote healthcare software, medical technology solutions, and custom software development services.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable technology solutions.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and sales meetings.
- Manage the complete outbound sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, follow-ups, and weekly sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to expand Next99's presence in the US healthcare market.

Required Qualifications

- 5–10+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or B2B sales.
- Mandatory healthcare industry sales experience.
- Proven experience working with US-based clients or selling into the US market.
- Robust understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem.
- Experience selling healthcare software, SaaS, EHR/EMR, RCM, medical technology, or healthcare IT solutions is highly preferred.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong experience in cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and lead generation.
- Ability to independently manage sales pipelines and close deals.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with US doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
- Knowledge of US healthcare operations, medical billing, RCM, EHR/EMR, and telehealth.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Experience managing international B2B sales accounts.

- Number of qualified US healthcare leads generated.
- Number of outbound calls and email outreach activities.
- Number of discovery meetings and product demonstrations scheduled.

Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a senior sales professional who has already worked in healthcare sales and understands how to approach, communicate with, and convert US healthcare clients. Significant: Candidates without healthcare industry experience or US market sales experience will not be considered.
