Role Description The Senior Executive role at Inox Solar is a full time, on-site position based in Odapada. The individual in this role will oversee day-to-day operational and administrative activities related to solar project execution, coordinating between manufacturing, EPC, and O&M; teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely completion of milestones.

Responsibilities include monitoring project performance, preparing reports and documentation, supporting budgeting and resource planning, and maintaining compliance with internal processes and industry standards.

The Senior

Executive will liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners,



assist in resolving operational issues, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and quality. This position requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational, planning, and coordination abilities to manage daily operations and project activities.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data interpretation and performance reporting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interaction with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of renewable energy or infrastructure projects; experience in solar or power sector operations is an advantage.

- Proficiency in standard office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, documentation software).
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in an industrial or project environment and collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are beneficial.
- Previous experience in an executive or supervisory role within operations, project management, or administration is preferred.
