Role Description The Senior Associate role is a full time, on-site position based in Jhansi.

The Senior

Associate will support day-to-day operations, including coordinating production activities, tracking work orders, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. This role involves preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and logistics.

Associate will also assist in process improvements, help resolve operational issues,



and communicate status updates to supervisors and stakeholders. The position requires active participation on the shop floor and in office tasks to maintain smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate daily operations, manage tasks, and follow standard operating procedures in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, including experience with reports, basic data analysis, and use of productivity tools (e.g., MS Excel, Word).
- Solid communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with production, quality, and logistics teams.
- Understanding of basic electrical or electronic manufacturing processes and quality standards is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jhansi, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a similar associate or coordination role within manufacturing or industrial operations is beneficial.
