Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones, focusing on PMS acquisition and wealth management.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to enhance productivity and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.

Required Skills
