Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Sales

Associate will engage directly with customers, provide product information, demonstrate fragrances and personal care items, and support them in making purchase decisions that match their preferences and needs. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales floor, maintaining product displays and stock levels, processing transactions, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a welcoming,



professional store workplace. The role also involves meeting sales targets, collecting customer feedback, and sharing insights with the team to support marketing and merchandising efforts.

Associate will collaborate with store leadership and team members to uphold brand standards and deliver an exceptional Thirtythirtys in-store experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide attentive, personalized assistance.
- Sales and retail skills, including product demonstration, upselling, cross-selling, and working toward individual and store sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of fragrances, personal care, or beauty products, with a willingness to learn product details and brand storytelling.
- Effective communication skills in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, maintain a professional appearance, and stand for extended periods in a retail environment.
- Organizational skills for handling inventory, merchandising displays, and accurate cash and POS transactions.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or lifestyle brands is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing, or hospitality is a plus.
