Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Mumbai.

The Sales

Associate will be responsible for identifying and approaching prospective customers, presenting product offerings, and supporting the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Daily activities include maintaining customer relationships, managing inquiries, preparing quotes, and following up on orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate sales records,



and providing basic market feedback to support business strategy.

The Sales

Associate is expected to meet set sales targets, uphold qualified standards, and represent the company positively during client meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills, including lead follow-up, product presentation, and deal closing.
- Organizational and time management abilities for handling multiple accounts, documentation, and reporting.
- Comfort with using email, spreadsheets, and CRM or sales tracking tools to manage customer and sales data.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in Ice Creams, food ingredients, or related industries, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai & Pune, travel locally for client meetings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
