Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting RAPID SAFETY SOLUTIONS’ offerings, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Daily tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, coordinating marketing initiatives, and supporting campaigns to increase brand awareness and market reach.

The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies, prepare proposals, and ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction. The role also involves tracking performance metrics,



reporting on sales activities, and contributing to continuous improvement in sales and marketing processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective Sales skills to prospect, qualify leads, deliver presentations, negotiate, and close opportunities.

- Relevant experience in safety solutions, B2B sales, or industrial products is beneficial.
- A background in marketing activities such as campaign support, lead generation, and basic market analysis is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and use CRM or sales tracking tools effectively.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
