Job Title: Robotic Production In-Charge

Experience: 5–10 years

Industry: Fabrication & Heavy Fabrication

- Handle day-to-day robotic welding production activities, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, welding parameters, fixtures, and robotic welding operations in fabrication and heavy fabrication industries.
- Good hands-on knowledge of robot programming, troubleshooting, and operation of ABB / Yaskawa / CRP welding robots.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams to improve productivity, reduce rejection, and minimize machine downtime.
- Monitor manpower allocation, production performance, cycle time, and welding quality while ensuring safety and continuous process improvement.
