Role Description The Safety Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. This role oversees daily safety operations across production and facility areas, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities include conducting regular safety inspections and audits, identifying hazards, and implementing corrective and preventive measures.

The Safety

Supervisor will organize and deliver safety training sessions, maintain documentation and incident reports,



and lead accident investigations to determine root causes and recommend improvements. This position collaborates with operations, engineering, and HR teams to promote a strong safety culture, support occupational health initiatives, and continuously improve safety processes and standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety and Occupational Health knowledge, with practical experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess Safety Training and Accident Investigation skills, including the ability to conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess Safety Engineering capabilities, with experience in risk assessment, hazard control, and safety system implementation.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with local and international safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Health, Industrial Safety, or a related field is preferred.
- Skilled certifications in safety or occupational health (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Strong communication, documentation, and training skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in production settings, manage multiple priorities, and respond effectively to safety incidents.
