Role Description The Retail Branch Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the retail branch. This role manages the sales floor, supervises team members, and ensures that customers receive expert guidance on high-end audio and home cinema solutions. The manager monitors inventory, coordinates product displays, and works with the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Responsibilities include maintaining service standards, resolving customer issues, implementing company policies, and reporting performance metrics to leadership.



The role also involves coaching team members, organizing training on product features, and supporting local marketing and promotional activities.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills for engaging customers, coordinating with team members, and reporting to management.
- Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities, with a focus on delivering premium, personalized retail experiences.
- Experience in Team Management, including supervising staff, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Demonstrated Sales skills with experience meeting or exceeding retail targets, preferably in consumer electronics or luxury products.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in store operations and inventory management.
- Comfort with basic business reporting, including sales tracking, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Prior experience in retail branch management or similar leadership role is highly beneficial.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, retail management, or a related field.
