Role Description This full-time Quality Control Engineer role is a hybrid position based in Chandigarh, with flexibility for some work from home.

The Quality Control

Engineer will perform daily inspections and tests on materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.

Responsibilities include documenting findings, preparing quality reports, supporting root cause analysis for defects, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. The role involves collaborating with production, engineering, and management teams to implement quality assurance processes and improve quality management systems.





The Quality Control

Engineer will also help maintain relevant documentation, support internal and external audits, and contribute to ongoing process optimization and compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.

Qualifications

- Solid Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills for monitoring, testing, and validating products and processes.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Experience with Quality Management practices, including development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems.
- Effective Communication skills for clear reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant engineering degree or diploma (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related field).
- Familiarity with industry standards and quality tools (e.g., ISO standards, control charts, inspection plans) is an advantage.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including onsite coordination in Chandigarh and remote collaboration.
