Preferred Eligibility

- Degree / Certification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Yogic Sciences, or minimum 500-hour Yoga Alliance / YCB (Yoga Certification Board) certification from a reputed institution.

Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of professional yoga instruction and retreat coordination experience, with at least 1+ year in a resort

Role

- Location: Doon Valley, Dehradun
- Type: Full-time Resident Role
- Compensation: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month (plus on-site accommodation, all Sattvic meals, and sanctuary facilities)

- Schedule & Session Coordination: Managing daily guest yoga timetables, organizing group morning asanas, and scheduling private one-on-one therapeutic sessions.
- Yoga & Breathwork Delivery:
- Meditation & Sound Sessions
- Clinical Team Alignment: Coordinating closely with resident Ayurvedic and Siddha doctors to assign dosha-specific yogic routines (Vihara) for detox guests.
- Nature & Community Movement:



Guiding morning forest walks, outdoor lawn activities, and mindful movement sessions across our 12-acre sanctuary grounds.

Must-Have Skills & Qualities
- Practical knowledge of classical yoga traditions, correct posture alignment, contraindications, and gentle therapeutic adaptations.
- Solid organizational and scheduling skills
- Calm demeanor and proactive communicatio
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Clear appreciation of Ayurvedic living, Sattvic ethos, and holistic retreat environments.
