Role Description The Project Engineer will oversee end-to-end execution of HVAC and related engineering projects, ensuring technical quality, safety, and timely delivery. This full time, on-site role is based in Lucknow and involves coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to understand project requirements, prepare technical plans, and manage resources. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing designs and drawings, supervising installation activities, conducting site visits, monitoring progress, and resolving technical issues.

The Project





Engineer will assist in project scheduling, cost tracking, documentation, and compliance with relevant standards and codes. The role also includes preparing reports, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and supporting continuous improvement in project execution processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills for HVAC and related systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Project Planning skills to handle timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordination with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, using engineering software, and applying relevant standards and codes.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates should possess experience in HVAC or building services projects; prior site supervision experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work safely in in office environments.
