We are looking for a hands-on Operations & Production Head with an entrepreneurial mindset who can take complete ownership of projects from planning to final execution.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who enjoys building things, solving problems and getting work done independently rather than depending on a large team.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage event and exhibition projects from start to finish.
- Handle production planning, fabrication, vendors, logistics and on-ground execution.
- Prepare BOQs, negotiate with vendors and manage project budgets.
- Ensure quality execution, timely delivery and healthy project margins.
- Build a strong network of reliable production partners across India.
- Find practical solutions to production challenges and take ownership of outcomes.
- Work closely with the design and business teams to turn concepts into reality.
Who We're Looking For
- 8–12 years of hands-on experience in events, exhibitions or experiential production.
- Robust understanding of fabrication, materials, costing and execution.
- Excellent vendor relationships and negotiation skills.
- Someone who thinks like a business owner, takes initiative and is accountable for results.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.
- Willing to travel whenever projects demand.
