Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role based in New Delhi.

The Production

Engineer will oversee daily manufacturing activities, monitor production lines, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating production planning, optimizing processes, supporting preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting issues to reduce downtime. The role also involves collaborating with quality control teams, maintaining documentation,



and communicating with supervisors and operators to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Production Engineering with hands-on experience in manufacturing or bottling operations.
- Proficiency in Production Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and monitoring throughput.
- Experience with Quality Control processes, standards, and documentation to ensure product consistency and compliance.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret production data, identify root causes, and optimize processes.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams and line staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, food/beverage industry standards, and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, shift-based production environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with ERP or production management software and basic MS Office skills.
