Shrinath Gems and Bullion is an emerald cutting house in Jaipur. We cut and grade our own stones and supply them across India and abroad.
The role
We are looking for an intern to film and photograph our emeralds. Most of our stones are small, so the work is close up: getting the colour, clarity and life of a stone to show true on camera.
What you will do
- Shoot loose emeralds, in video and stills
- Set up lighting, backgrounds and macro setups for small stones
- Keep colour accurate from shoot to final file, so the stone on screen matches the stone in hand
- Edit short videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, our website and buyer presentations
- Keep the footage library organised
What we look for
- Hands-on experience with a DSLR or mirrorless camera. Macro experience is a big plus
- An understanding of lighting, especially for shiny or transparent objects
- Editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or similar
- A portfolio or a few sample clips. Product and macro work counts most
- Care and patience when handling stones
Terms
