Role Description The PR Primary Teachers role is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons for primary school learners, aligned with the school’s curriculum frameworks.

Responsibilities include designing engaging classroom activities, evaluating student progress, maintaining student records, and providing regular feedback to families and school leadership. The teacher will participate in school events, assemblies, and outreach activities that promote the school’s image and communication with parents.



Collaboration with colleagues to implement best practices in teaching and classroom management is expected, along with adherence to school policies and child safety guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong Teaching and Elementary Education skills, with experience working with primary school learners.
- Ability to contribute to Curriculum Development and implement lesson plans aligned with CBSE and/or international curricula.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues in a clear, respectful manner.
- Solid understanding of Education best practices, child development, and classroom management techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field; formal teacher training or B.Ed is preferred.
- Experience in a primary or elementary school setting, ideally within CBSE or Cambridge International Curriculum frameworks.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and uphold an inclusive learning environment.
