Role Description The Owner at Excellent Propertywala is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the property business in Kolkata in a full-time, on-site capacity. This includes managing property acquisitions and sales, supervising tenant relations, coordinating with brokers and vendors, and ensuring that all documentation and agreements are accurate and compliant. The role involves monitoring financial performance, setting rental or sale pricing strategies, and approving budgets and expenses.

The Owner also leads local marketing initiatives, builds relationships with clients and partners, and ensures that all properties are maintained to a high standard. Regular on-site visits, team coordination, and decision-making on business growth opportunities are core aspects of this position.

Qualifications

- Experience in property management, real estate operations, or a related business ownership role.
- Solid skills in negotiation,



client relationship management, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to manage budgets, review financial reports, and make data-informed business decisions.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations, contracts, and compliance requirements in Kolkata.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools and office software for documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team supervision and performance oversight.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple properties or projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Management, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Kolkata and engaging directly with clients, tenants, and partners.
