Role description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The People & Culture Lead will build the people side of SO/FACET from day one, working directly with the co-founders.





Responsibilities include designing the employee experience from the first hello to the first offsite; writing the policies and processes a growing team will run on; running hiring operations from sourcing and interviews to offers and onboarding; managing office administration and day-to-day operations; and creating the rituals that make SO/FACET a place people love to work.

Qualifications

- 0–2 years of experience in HR, administration, operations or a founder's office.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and genuine enthusiasm for people and culture.
- Solid organisational and time-management abilities, with the ability to turn chaos into systems.
- Discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential information.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, Google Workspace and basic HR tools.
- Relevant education in human resources, business, psychology or a related field is preferred.
- Commitment to inclusive, gender-neutral and non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work.
