We are seeking a dedicated Non-Voice (Email & Chat Support) professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries through email and chat, ensuring that customer needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. You will play a crucial role in building sustainable relationships with our customers by providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, along with the ability to actively listen and solve problems effectively.
Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions, identifying customer needs, and achieving satisfaction through open and interactive communication.
You will also be expected to maintain a typing speed of at least 36 WPM with 95% accuracy, as well as meet a SVAR score of 50 or higher. This position requires the ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility for this role includes a mandatory graduation requirement and a minimum of 1 year of experience in an email or chat process. The working schedule is 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off, and you will receive a transport allowance as part of your advantages.
