Her aims to empower individuals to take charge of their own health by simplifying access to care, whether through HPV vaccination awareness or facilitating first-time gynecology consultations. The team collaborates with corporates and communities to host webinars and workshops on diverse and often under-discussed women’s health topics, creating an inclusive and educational environment. Applicants will join a mission-driven startup that values empathy, accessibility, and innovation in healthcare.

Role Description The Current Media Intern will support Proactive For Her’s digital presence and engagement efforts by assisting in the planning, creation, and management of content across social media, websites, and other new media platforms. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru includes coordinating with marketing and operations teams to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and maintain consistent brand voice and messaging. The intern will help manage media assets, support webinar and workshop promotions,



and contribute to event-related communication and logistics.

Day-to-day responsibilities also involve collaborating with internal stakeholders, monitoring audience feedback, and identifying opportunities to improve outreach and awareness around women’s health topics.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Media and New Media Marketing to support digital campaigns and platform-specific content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Operations to assist with coordination, scheduling, and process execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in Media Management to organize, update, and optimize digital assets across channels.
- Candidates should possess skills in Event Planning to help execute webinars, workshops, and partner events.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Interest in or familiarity with women’s health, public health, or healthcare communication is highly beneficial.
- Pursuing or having completed studies in media, communications, marketing, public health, or a related field is preferred.
