Role Description The Medical Coordinator role at Nova IVF Fertility in Jaipur is a full time, on-site position focused on supporting clinical and administrative operations within the fertility center. This role involves coordinating patients and treatment schedules, ensuring accurate documentation of medical records, and facilitating smooth communication between patients, clinicians, and support teams.

The Medical

Coordinator assists in guiding patients through procedures and pre- and post-consultation requirements, helping them understand treatment plans and clinic processes.



Daily tasks include managing front-desk interactions, handling patient queries, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive health information, and supporting quality and safety protocols within the clinic. The role may also involve collaborating with nursing and medical staff on patient flow, follow-up reminders, and basic patient education related to fertility treatments.
